Taekwondo Beginner Class Introduction 

Class Time: Wednesday & Thursday, 5:30–6:30 PM
Suitable For:
This class is suitable for beginners and children under 10 years old.

Class Goals:

  • Foster interest in Taekwondo

  • Learn basic kicks and fundamental techniques

  • Understand Taekwondo etiquette and classroom rules

  • Develop reaction time, coordination, flexibility, and balance

  • Strengthen thighs, knees, ankles, and core muscles

Training Focus:

  • Fundamental kicks and Taekwondo techniques

  • Basic self-defense and body control

  • Children’s physical development (reaction, coordination, balance, flexibility)

  • Etiquette and classroom discipline

This class provides a solid foundation in Taekwondo for beginners, while promoting overall physical fitness and movement skills, preparing students for advanced training.
