A great opportunitiy to participate in a real arena, this event is for all our Hornsby registered athletes, from Tots to Masters, including Duals.  Tots to U8 will follow a set program, whilst our U9 and older have an opportunity to select their preferred events.    

INSTRUCTIONS:

Tots to U8:  Register as a Guest and simply add your name, and age group.  Once numbers are finalised we will update the program which will include run, jump, throw events plus some games and relays.

U9 and above:  If you have a log in for our seniors then log in for speedier entry, else log in as a guest.  If you are registering multiple members then remember to log out after each entry.  See attached the DRAFT EVENT PROGRAM and choose your adventure!  Some events have a performance standard which is indicated on the program, and some events have an age minimum.  If an athlete doesn't wish to do one of the event selections, you can chose 'none' and have a break during that time slot.  Note - events may become full, so don't delay!  If the event isn't showing then it is FULL!

As always, parent help is essential to host a safe and efficient morning.  The good news is that there is no set up or pack up to be done.

We have a HARD Close time and all activity will cease at 11:00am.  Therefore to get through all events on the program it is essential that you arrive ON TIME and ALL Parents assist with a duty for the smooth operating of the day.  Tots-U8 parents can move around with their group.  U9+ will need to assist with duties, which will be allocated upon arrival.
