Hawkesbury Bombers Call for Members to Shape the Future at Upcoming AGM
The Hawkesbury Bombers Softball Club is pleased to announce that preparations are underway for our upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM).
The AGM is one of the most important events on the Club calendar, providing members with the opportunity to reflect on the season that was, celebrate achievements, review the Club's operations, and help shape the future direction of the Bombers.
As required under the Club Constitution, all Executive Committee positions will be declared vacant and elections will be conducted for the upcoming term. Nominations are now being accepted from members who are interested in contributing to the continued growth and success of our Club.
Community sporting clubs are built on the dedication of volunteers. Whether you have experience in administration, event management, communications, fundraising, sponsorship, equipment management, or simply a passion for helping our players and families, there is a role for everyone to get involved.
The Club has recently undertaken a review of several committee and volunteer positions to better support our members and ensure responsibilities are shared across a wider group of volunteers. Position descriptions are available for members wishing to learn more about the various roles and responsibilities before nominating.
The AGM is open to all eligible members, and we strongly encourage attendance. Your involvement helps ensure the Club continues to provide a positive, inclusive, and successful environment for current and future Bombers players.
