Quick reminder thatHarrington Senior Athleticswill be returning for a new season this Thursday the 16th of Oct 2025.
Senior Athleticsstarts at the conclusion of our little A's program, which is usually around 5.30-6.00 pm. Come down to Esmond Hogan Oval and give it a try.
We are just a small group looking to improve fitness and have some fun while learning some new athletic events etc. You get to try out different disciplines from shotput, Discuss, Jav, Long/high jumps and various short runs. You only do what you're comfortable or able to do which we usually determine on the night.
