Players are required to lodge their acceptance of positions to the Australian Men's & Women's teams to compete at 2026 World Cup in Netherlands/Belgium  from July 22-August 16 2026 by completing this online form. 

All invoices for Team Levies will follow from Hockey Australia in the coming weeks.
