For players who will not be attending the 2025 Masters Nationals at either T1, T2 or T3
Hockey Australia Masters’ members who wish to submit an exemption to participate/be selected for Australian teams in the WMH world Cup 2026 and cannot attend the 2025 Australian Masters Nationals at either the Women's/Men's trial events.
The exemptions process will allow players who cannot attend this selection event to submit a request to obtain an exemption subject to approval from the HMAC committee.
Exemptions are granted via a selection committee panel and if approved will be emailed to the nominated party to notify them of either approval granted or denied for exemption.
To be eligible to apply for an exemption players must be a member of Hockey Australia Masters, have paid the nomination fee of $44.00 in the “2026 WMH World Cup Player Nominations “on Revsport & fit into one of the listed categories below.
Reason for exemption – Injury, Bereavement, FIH/HA Team involvement
Players must also upload documentation from a registered Dr./Physiotherapist a medical certificate stating the reason for missing the tournament if the player is injured.
