Part 2

The following information is provided in preparation for Selection of 2026 Masters World Cup Teams.

The 2026 Masters World Cup Player Nomination form is to be completed by an athlete who would like to be considered for selection in an Australian team to compete at 2026 World Cup events.

The following age groups will be selected - Over 35 to Over 80 (Men and Women) *dependent on WMH nominations

All team selections will be subject to the HAMC Selection Policy current at the time of the event.  All selection policies can be viewed on the HA Masters Policy webpage. The final 2025 policy will be published online before the championships.

Players must meet the player eligibility requirements per the HAMC Selection Policy and familiarise themselves with the Event Brief details below before completing this nomination form.

Event Description:  2026 WMH World Cup 

• Locations- 

  HC Rotterdam (NED) – O35–O50 | 23 Jul – 1 Aug

  KHC Dragons (BEL) – W55–70, M55–60 | 6–16 Aug

  BHV Push (NED) – M65–80 | 6–16 Aug

• Dates- July/August

• Nomination cost $44.00

• Team Player Levy -TBA

 

The following information is provided in preparation for Selection of 2026 Masters Teams.

Players must meet the player eligibility requirements per the HAMC Selection Policy and familiarise themselves with the Event Brief details before completing this nomination form.

2026 World Cup Event Brief will be availible once venue, location and finalised dates are released to all parties.

The Player levy/cost will be released shortly once final planning and budgets are completed

HAMC will be supplying an official travel partner to help manage the logistics for Travel & Accommodation to the venue

Team Selection:

Attendance at the 2025 Masters Championships will be considered favourably for all players and provides the opportunity for selectors to observe the fitness and ability levels of players in attendance. Nominating players who are unable to attend the 2025 Masters Championships must provide a written exemption to be considered in the same way as exemptions are usually considered in accordance with the selection policy.  

Additional Notes:

If not selected for an Australian Team, would you be interested in touring with alternate organisation team (inc Aus A) to play in the IMC competition (Spirit of Masters Competition) Please note no decision on the future of Australia A has been made at this point in time. In the case of alternate organisations, your details will be passed on for these organisations to contact you and advise of their registration process.
