Welcome to the 2022/23 season of baseball with the Goodwood Baseball Club.
Full payment of the Baseball Australia and Baseball SA Capitation Fee, along with full payment of the Goodwood Baseball Club Fee must be paid at the time of registration.
SENIOR PLAYERS
- Discount Codes: Please contact Francesca Gibbs members.goodwoodbc@gmail.com before registering to receive a registration discount code if you are a Playing Life Member, an Approved Casual Player. Division 1 will recieve an invitation to register with their code.
JUNIOR PLAYERS
- League Age: is the age the player turns between the dates of 1/9/2022 and 31/8/2023.
Revolutionise only allows registrations against the correct League Age. Please refer to “Age Matrix” document below to find your league age.
If your child is playing up an age group, please do not change their date of birth – register against the League Age and the teams will be allocated by the club in the coming weeks.
- Sports Vouchers: Eligible children will have a year of birth from 2007 to 2017. The program now goes to Year 9. Download the Sports Voucher form below, complete and email to Francesca Gibbs members.goodwoodbc@gmail.com before registering to receive a registration code that will provide the $100 Sports Voucher discount from fees. One sports voucher per calendar year so check if you've used one for footy etc. Age eligibility is to year 7.
- Parents - Please make sure you register your child in their name not your own (which can sometimes happen if you have Auto-fill forms on your device).
TEAM OFFICIALS & VOLUNTEERS
- Team Officials: If you are a Head Coach, Assistant Coach, Team Manager or Scorer you must Register (or Renew) as a member of the club, even if you have also registered a junior member.
- WWC/DCSI: Goodwood Baseball Club requires Working with Children Checks / DCSI for all team officials. If you have not supplied a certificate/letter, could you please upload the document or a screenshot of it. Marking [x] yes to the question is not sufficient.
- All Other Volunteers: Please register as a Volunteer if not playing or registering in another category. It's FREE and helps keep track of our helping hands, and WWC, First Aid, Covid, RSA certifications.
- Non-Playing Life Members: No need to re-register.
TRANSFERS: If you are transferring from another club, do NOT register here. You need to register with your previous club using the code TRANSFER REQUESTED $0.00. Please then email Francesca Gibbs members.goodwoodbc@gmail.com with your BaseballSA ID so your transfer can be initiated online and approved by your old club and new club. Once your old club approves, you purchase a Transfer Voucher to trigger the league approval and complete the transfer process.
Payment Plan: Payment plans are on offer in situations of genuine financial hardship. Should this be the case, please arrange to have a confidential discussion with either the Junior or Senior Operations Directors.
