Register to join the 2025 Geelong 14 and under team playing in the Junior West Softball League involving teams from Geelong, Werribee and Point Cook! Game is played each week on Saturday mornings from 9.30am - 11.00am. Rotating venue each week between Geelong (Stead Park), Werribee (Presidents Park) or Point Cook (Brookdale Rd Reserve)!

What: 14 and Under Junior Mixed Gender Softball Team representing Geelong Softball Association playing in Junior West Softball League

When: Saturday morning's commencing Saturday 18 Oct - Saturday 28 February. (No play on Saturday 1 November Melbourne Cup Long Weekend) (Break during Christmas/School holidays).  

Training day and time: Wednesday's 5.30pm - 6.30pm, commencing Wednesday 8th October (Stead Park, Geelong)

Ages: 8-14

Cost: $82.00 Sub Junior (ages 8-12), $93.00 Junior over 12 (ages 13-14)

Game Times: 1 Games each week, 9.30am - 11.00am

Game Rules: Modified Junior Fastpitch Softball rules

  •            3 or 4 balls = coach pitch or tee
  •             Pitching distance 40 feet
  •             60 ft base baths
  •             No dropped 3rd strike or infield fly
  •             11 inch Reduced injury Ball will be used for games
  •             7 or 9 players a side, mixed gender teams
  •            60 minute games

Equipment: A Team kit will be available for team to share equipment if you do not have your own specific equipment such as a glove, bat, helmet etc

You will then need to register as a new member. Here you will be able to select the 2025/26 Geelong Junior West Softball League payment class.

REGISTRATION PROCESS

For returning Geelong Softball Association members

  1. Click the REGISTER button at the top of the page
  2. You will be asked to log in using your RevSport login details
  3. You then need to renew your membership for the 2025/2026 season using the 2025/2026 Geelong Junior West Softball League payment class.
