This information will be kept strictly confidential unless required e.g. when making flight/accomodation bookings, organising catering, and for all other matters relating to team management. If you wish to discuss this, or change/update your details, please see your Team Manager. Completeing this form does not guarantee selection for the playing team or support personnel.

All training sessions are compulsory unless exemptions have been discussed with your Coach. Please notify your Coach AND Team Manager if you are going to miss a session.*

All players and team personnel agree to follow the rules, requirements and directions of Coaches, Team Managers and Tournament Directors.*

All participants will be required to contribute to fundraising and publicity opportunities as directed by your Coaches or Team Managers including sausage sizzles, photo opportunities and media interviews.*

All participants are required to be in team uniform as directed by your Coaches and Team Managers on and off the field, including a training in a designated uniform prior to selection.*

All participants must follow Gridiron Australia's policies and procedures, including the Codes of Conduct and Member Protection Policy.*

If selected, you will be required to travel and stay with the team from the 29th of May -7th of June.*

WA Raiders is a self-funded representative team and participants are required to cover all their own costs.*

For players, a non-refundable training deposit (usually between $150-$350) will be due in Weeks 2-3 of training regardless of if you are selected for the team.*

If selected, participants must use the travel, accomodation and meal arrangements organised for the team (usually around $1500-$2000).*

Deadlines for fees will be strictly enforced unless alternate arrangements have been made with your Team Manager. Players may be excluded from the team if they are not financial.*

Participants are responsible for their own medical/ambulance costs, and any losses relating to or resulting from their participation. Participants are responsible for seeking independent professional advice about any insurances they may need.*
