Our anual rowathon is on June 14, 2026. Participants can choose from three distances - 5km (Peanut Island), 10km (Susan Island) or 20 km (Susan and Elizabeth Islands). The event is open to all people powered craft - rowing shells (singles, doubles/pairs, quads/fours, and eights), dragon boats, canoes, kayaks, surf skis, SUPs, etc.
Entry fees are $35 per seat for rowers, $20 for student rowers, and $25 dollars for Dragon Boat paddlers. This fee includes a bacon and egg roll after completion of the course, and a donation to the Westpac Rescue Helicopter. Family members and supporters can also enjoy a bacon and egg roll for $7. Entries close May 29, 2026 - entries after that date will attract a $10 late fee.
Entry forms are included below, and on our downloads page - forms are available individually for rowers, students and dragon boaters or as a pdf with all forms. Please note a form is needed for each person, along with a summary form for each vessel. Please also note that entrants who are not currently registered with the New South Wales Rowing Association have to complete the waiver form as well.
We have been hosting the rowathon for over thirty years in various formats, with emphasis on participation in a social atmosphere. It is also a fundraiser for the Westpac Helicopter. If you want to know more, please email graftonrowing@gmail.com for information and entry forms. We hope to see you there :-)
