Please be advised that the GRC Annual General Meeting will be held on Sunday 29 August 2020 at 10.00am.
Due to the COVID-19 restrictions, the AGM will be held via Zoom this year.

1. Notice of AGM; and
2. Financial Statements for Year ended 30 June 2021, including Auditor’s Report.
Attendance & Voting
Only members who are fully paid up, including annual subscriptions and race fees, at the time of the General Meeting may attend the AGM.
Further, only members who satisfy the requirements above AND who belong to one of the following classes of membership are entitled to vote at General Meetings:

Nominating for the Committee
Under the constitution, every year, all Committee positions are up for election. Those positions are outlined in the Notice of AGM attached to this email.
If you feel you have something to contribute and would like to be on the Committee, please register your interest including the position(s) you wish to nominate for, by no later than Sunday 15 August 2020 by email to secretary@gleberowingclub.org.au.
Note: to be nominated as a candidate for election as an office-bearer or as a General Committee Member of the Club must be either a Senior Voting Member or Life Member of the Club.
You may nominate yourself or another member, but if you are nominating another person, please confirm with them before nominating them.
Nominations received after Sunday 15 August 2020 will not be accepted.
The election for Committee positions at the AGM will be by secret ballot.
