Thinking about getting back on the water but it has been a while? New to Sydney and wanting to know what rowing at Glebe is like?
We have designed this 4 week program to help get you back on the water and see if Glebe is a club you want to join.
A coach will be there to help you remember basic rowing technique and to reintroduce you to warm up, stretching and recovery training.
Volunteer club mentors will join you at times during the sessions to talk through how the club works and answer any questions you have about getting back into the sport at Glebe.
When: Saturdays 8:00am till 10:00am
