All athletes in the Mid-West Met Zone are welcome to participate. It will be a one-day event.

Parents will be asked to assist with the events on the day, please volunteer your time.

1. Competitors are to be registered with LANSW in the age group they are competing.
2. Points will be awarded (7-20s) based on relative competitor placing’s within an event
3. Dependant on the entries in a Field Event, whether we allow 3 or 2 trials per athlete
4. LANSW rules of competition will apply; however local rules may be used.
5. There is no cost involved.
6. Two shields to be won – Highest points & Handicap points
