2025 was great fun!

We officially finished our 2025 year with a paddle and brunch barbeque last Saturday morning. We have had a great year and everyone was in an upbeat mood, especially when the Club put on the sausage, bacon and egg rolls! With everyone bringing a plate to share, we all went home happy with full tummies! But we are only half way through our 2025.2026 regatta season and we have so much to look forward to! Some of us are aspiring to qualify for Victoria State teams and International competition. Some are preparing for a Dragon boat Marathon on the Ord River WA and some are aspiring to blitz the local Regattas at Falls Creek and the Chinese Lunar New Year Regatta! And some of us are having a crack at everything! Many of us are continuing to improve on our own personal best achievements! Our success and aspirations would not be possible without the teamwork, energy and enthusiasm of our committee, coaches, sweeps, boat towers, family, supporters and stargazers (those who dream and those who are often awake at night, thinking of everything that needs to done to make our activities run smoothly!) So we would like to say THANK YOU and wish you all a Merry Christmas and may all our dreams (and yours) for 2026 come true. Special thanks to Gary, who has revealed to us his artistic talents.
