Arrive by 9.45am for gear up

10am-10.20am: Off skates warm up

10.25-10.50am: Off skates scrimmage (land derby - all star levels)

11-11.25am: Low Contact on skates (white & red star skaters)

11.30-11.55am: Amber on skates (orange star skaters)

12-12.25pm: full contact (green star skaters)

Skaters are welcome to stay and watch other games once theirs is done, or head off if need be.

• Sneakers for land derby
• Skates and protective gear
• mouthguard
• drink bottle
