Welcome to Hookin2Hockey - the national junior program for Hockey! Hookin2Hockey is designed for children aged 10 & under, however can be modified to suit anyone coming to the sport for the first time.
Saints Hockey Club will be running a Hookin2Hockey program over 5 weeks throughout March and April 2025. The program provides junior players with the opportunity to learn the basic skills of hockey, develop fundamental motor skills and make friends all while beginning your lifelong love of hockey!
To register your child for this program, please ensure that you are logged out of any parent accounts, select 'Sign Up' -> 'New Member' -> register your particiapant childs details, selecting Hookin2Hockey memebership at the bottom (with or without equipment). This will then register your participant child to play any Hockey VIC events throughout the calendar year, and provide the insurance cover also.

How much will it cost?
You can choose from two payment options:
Option 1: $59. Includes all tuition and use of club hockey equipment.
Option 2: $129. Includes all tuition AND a starter hockey kit (equipment pack) that includes: a hockey stick; shin pads; a hockey ball. Yours to keep.

Sessions are held at Stead Park Hockey Fields, Johns Street, Corio 3214.
The program will be run in conjunction with both Corio and Geelong Hockey Clubs to ensure availability of coaches and suitable participant numbers to ensure viability and balance of each session.
Participants should have a mouthguard for their own safety and wellbeing. We advise to have suitable footwear for astroturf sports field, weather-appropriate clothing and a water bottle for each session. If opting to use the shared club equipment, this will be provided at the start of each session by the coach, and returned to them at the end of each evening.
