Event Waiver

Please ensure that all players are registered with GHA for insurance purposes. For all unregistered players who wish to participate please follow the below link to get a limited insurance which will cover you for Vampire hockey and Get back to hockey on Monday Nights Register as non playing member.

Please be aware there will be limited visibility due to event parameters, entrants are encouraged to wear visible clothing, walk and take steps to ensure safe play. All players enter at their own risk.
