By submitting this registration form and participating in the Swamp Bash Indoor Cricket Tournament, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Assumption of Risk
   I understand that participation in sporting activities involves inherent risks, including the risk of injury. I voluntarily assume all such risks associated with my participation in the Swamp Bash and release the event organisers, venue operators, sponsors, volunteers, and affiliated entities from any liability for injury, loss, or damage arising from participation.

2. Medical Treatment
   I authorise the organisers to secure emergency medical treatment in the event of an accident or illness. I accept full responsibility for any medical expenses incurred as a result.

3. Code of Conduct
   I agree to abide by the rules of the competition and conduct myself in a respectful, sportsmanlike manner at all times. The organisers reserve the right to remove any participant who displays dangerous or inappropriate behavior.

4. Media Release
   I consent to the use of photographs, videos, or other media taken during the event that may include my image or likeness, for promotional or informational purposes by the organisers or associated partners.

5. Eligibility
   I confirm that I am physically fit and capable of participating in this competition and that any personal health concerns have been discussed with a medical professional prior to participation.

6. Commitment Due to the player draft system structure of the tournament, cancellations after the 26th of August can really disrupt the flow of competition. Do you confirm that you are available to play Saturday the 12th of September and Sunday the 13th of September from 5:00-9:00?

By registering, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agree to this waiver and release of liability.
