The Fremantle Rowing Club Adult Sweep Rowing Course is designed and run by one of our coaches, David Vandas a former national oarsmen from the Czech Republic who has achieved international success. In 2012, David turned his hand to coaching and has attained a level 3 coaching accreditation in Australia.

This adult sweep rowing course is based on a program that David designed and implemented in Queensland with proven success. The sweep program is suitable for graduates of the Intermediate program and experienced rowers looking to improve their sweep rowing technique. 

You will row in an eight, guided by an experienced coxswain, Ang Ng who has coxed WA State teams..

Eight participants are required to run this course.  You will be invoiced for payment of the course fee of $450.00 once eight registrations have been confirmed.
