FRC Advanced Junior Summer Holiday Program

Available to all Year 9-11 rowers (as of 2024) with rowing experience, looking to keep training over the summer school break

Starting the week Monday December 16th, and finishing on Saturday Feb 1st.

This program is for 3 sessions per week with the session days dependant on the training group you fit in to, our coaches will reach out to discuss these days.

Training times will be 5.15am - approx 7.15/7.30am There will be a small shut down period of christmas.

You will join in with our athletes training for Nationals with a focus building base fitness

Cost for the program is $275. This covers insurance, coaching and equipment for the duration of the program.
