FRC Junior Summer Holiday Program

Available to all Year 8-11 rowers, including PSA/IGSSA, learn to row-ers, novices and those wanting a holiday rowing activity!

First session will be Monday December 16th, and last session on Friday January 31st.

Sessions are Monday, Wednesday, Friday from 8am-10am. There will be no sessions on Christmas day, or New Years Day.

We recommend wearing tight-fitting/athletic clothing, and be prepared to get wet. Please also bring hats, water bottles, running shoes, and sunscreen.

Cost for the program is $275. This covers insurance, coaching and equipment for the duration of the program.
