Affiliated club member information for 2025/26

Hi Club Committees

As per rule 12 of the Victoria Association of Four Wheel Drive Clubs, the annual member subscription will be adjusted and increased at the CPI rate from the December quarter, and rounded to the nearest dollar.

The Four Wheel Drive Victoria Board has determined that the affiliation per member fee for the year 2025/26 will be $60.00. An increase from the $58.00 2024/25 fee.

Over the past 12 months, the association has increased member benefits to include:

  • Partnerships and discounts with Carbon Offroad Australia, Tred Outdoors, Volkswagen Group Australia
  • No increase in the member price for training courses
  • An increase in the number of courses available for members
  • Enabled clubs to access the cloud-based platform Revolutionise Sport

Planned for 2025/26

  • Release of the strategic plan to December 2027
  • Further partnerships with industry brands and products
  • Club use for FWDV Training Ground at Toolangi

Payment and next steps:

1) Determine the current and projected members up to 30 June 2025

2) Submit club member numbers, current committee, and member details 

3) FWDV will issue an invoice to the club

4) Payments by clubs ideally to be received to FWDV by 30 June 2025. (existing club and member insurance for 2024/25 ceases 11:59pm 30 June 2025)
