If you would like a room booked, please notify me by completing this survey. (please note, if you notify me after the 26th of September, the room will not be booked until my return from leave on the 25th of October and will be subject to availability). It is also worth noting that I have already spoken to a few board members regarding this who are happy to camp, along with myself at the free camping in Heyfield.
