To assist with the smooth running of the AGM, please nominate the delegates for your club. 

Following Rule 38. Voting at general meeting 
(1) 
An affiliated club is entitled to be represented by one Delegate for 
every one hundred (100) club members or part thereof and each 
Delegate shall be entitled to exercise one vote at a ballot or poll on 
a question arising at a general meeting 
On any question arising at a general meeting
(a) 
subject to subrule (4), each member who is entitled to vote 
has one vote; and 
(b) 
members may vote personally or by proxy; and 

Delegates shall act in accordance with the directions given by a 
resolution of the affiliated club committee he or she has been 
registered to represent and shall provide to the Board such evidence 
as it may require from time to time to show that the Delegate has 
acted strictly in accordance with the requirements of the affiliated 
club committee. 

Delegates must be nominated via a form approved by the board of Four Wheel Drive Victoria.
