Yes, everyone is welcome and we are making this a family friendly event with activities available for the kids.
Disability access:
Yes, there will be disability access with a disabled toilet available.
Who will be welcome:
This event is open to everyone and therefore you are not required to be a member of one of our affiliated four wheel drive clubs.
Dogs:
Yes, dogs are welcome and are to be kept under control at all times on lead or enclosed area at your camp.Please remember that you are in a rural area and there is livestock in nearby paddocks.
Other animals: Please contact us if you are intending on bringing along animals apart from dogs.
Smoking/Vape:
Please note that the precinct area will be a no smoking area, you may smoke in other areas being respectful of others.
Fires:
Yes, must be in an above ground contained fire pit.

Rubbish:
Whilst a skip bin will be available we encourage everyone to take all of your rubbish home and ensure that all areas are kept clean.The local CFA will be collecting our cans and bottles that are part of the deposit scheme
Generators:
Yes, you may bring along your generator but please ensure that you are mindful of those around you.Please ensure that you do not run outside of 8am to 8pm times.
Power:
There are a few campsites that will be available with power for medical issues only.
Alcohol:
We have a number of wonderful local businesses setting up pop up bars and will have a variety of alcohol available for purchase.

Drinking water:
Available via taps.
Cash and card:
Feel free to bring along some cash and cards for the stalls and raffles over the weekend.
Dump point:
Nearest dump point is located in Mansfield behind the Tourist Information Centre.
Leaving the event site:
Yes, you are more than welcome to leave the event to explore the local area, please ensure that you keep your wristband.
Volunteering:
Yes, if you would like to volunteer please let the team know.
Inclement Weather:
Yes, event will still be proceeding if it is raining.
All emergency procedures will be set into place in the case of a flood or bushfire in the local area.
