Footscray Hockey Club Registration 2026
IF YOU REGISTERED FOR FHC IN 2025
- SELECT ‘Returning Member’
- Enter your name and DOB (an e-mail will be sent to verify your e-mail address – click on the renew button in that e-mail)
- Contact general.secretary@footscrayhockey.com.au if you are having any issues with renewing your registration (please do NOT try and start a new registration)
IF YOU ARE A BRAND NEW PLAYER TO HOCKEY IN 2026 (NEVER REGISTERED AT ANY OTHER CLUB BEFORE IN AUSTRALIA)
- SELECT ‘New Member’
- Proceed by entering your details
IF YOU NEED A TRANSFER FROM ANOTHER CLUB
- Register for FHC via https://www.hockeyvictoria.org.au/competitions-events/register-now/
- Select ‘Returning Member’ (this will trigger the transfer request which required the approval of FHC, HV, and your previous club)
- You will receive an e-mail when all 3 organisations (HV, FHC and your previous club) have approved, then you can register
- If your registration does not trigger a transfer and you have played for another club before, please contact Scarlett Fitzpatrick general.secretary@footscrayhockey.com.au We still need to chase up a transfer with your previous club via a different process.

DUAL MEMBER (PLAYING FOR 2 CLUBS)
- Register for FHC or your Dual Club via https://www.hockeyvictoria.org.au/competitions-events/register-now/
- When you register for the second time, the HV fees will be waived to zero on the payment page if you have registered with your first club already.
IF YOU HAVE ALREADY REGISTERED FOR INDOOR, TRAINING, ACADEMY OR SUMMER MIXED AND ARE NOW READY TO PAY YOUR WINTER SEASON FEES
- Go to https://www.hockeyvictoria.org.au/competitions-events/register-now/
- Top right hand corner – log in
- Select ‘Upgrade Membership’
- Select the appropriate fee option (the HV/HA fees will be waived to zero as you will have already paid them with your HV/HA registration)
CANTEEN LEVY
The canteen raises funds which subsidise your fees. A $50 Canteen Levy has been added on every member’s fees who play U12-U18, seniors & masters competitions. To receive the $50 Levy back, complete a canteen duty and see Karen Johnstone or Sally Walsh.
UMPIRE LEVY
If you are playing seniors or masters and are 18 years of age or over, FHC membership requires you to pay an umpiring levy (Senior $50, Masters $30) which is already included in your fees. You can earn this money back by umpiring during the season.
HALF SEASON FEES & PAYMENT PLANS
To assist members, there are half season fee options for Seniors, Student/Concession, Masters, Seniors playing Masters and juniors U12 – U18. You can log back into your profile half-way through the season and upgrade to the full season to pay the other half of your fees.
If you or your family require a payment plan, please select the payment plan option in Revolutionise when registering.
Senior Payment Plans
- 1st installment is due prior to your first round of play.
- 3 further monthly installments (total of 4) for Seniors, Masters, and Juniors playing Seniors, including half-season player registrations, thereafter.
Junior Payment Plans
- 1st installment is due prior to your first round of play.
- 2 further monthly installments (total of 3) for U6-U18 Junior players, including half-season and Hookin2Hockey player registrations, thereafter.
Goal Keeper and 5 game membership payment plans
- 1st installment is due prior to the first round of play.
- A second and final intallment is due the following month.

FAMILY FEE REBATE
FHC will offer a family fee rebate for those families where the FHC fees total $1100 or more and include a child who is a full-time student. Please apply by filling in the FHC Family Rebate Form 2026
Please note: A “family” consists of at least 1 playing child who is a full-time student, and any additional siblings and may include 1 or 2 parents.
