The Come and Try sessions are aimed at helping children learn how to: select hockey equipment, hold a stick with correct grip, ball work (dribble, stop, trap, turn, push, slap and shoot) through extremely fun games delivered by expert coaches. 

All equipment provided. Arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of the session to meet our coaches and have a stick fitted!
