Carl Ryves, champion sailor and 1968 Olympics Flying Dutchman class Australian representative died overnight.
The International Flying Dutchman Class of Australia offers condolences to his family and friends.
There will be a celebration of Carl's life at the Royal Sydney Yacht Squadron on Friday 21st of October from 2pm.
Carl sailing the FD on Sydney Harbour in 2014 before the 2015 Worlds held in Sydney.
