Tournament Details
The SG Floorball Open 2026 is being held on the 9th - 12th July 2026. Floorball WA is once again nominating Western Exports teams to the competition. SG Floorball Open is the Asia Pacific regions premier floorball event which last year saw WA send 10 teams across various divisions.
Floorball WA will use the below form to collect details for Participants and Spectators who will be attending the tournament in 2026. A child under the age of 18 MUST have a parent/guardian stay at the tournament accommodation for the length of the stay and maintain duty of care of the child outside of game times. The tournament itself is being held on the 9th to the 12th of July.
Floorball WA nominates teams through our logistics partner Floorball Culture. Floorball Culture has taken on the feedback of Floorball WA from last year and works collaboratively with Floorball WA on continuously improving the quality of the tournament for participants.
Floorball WA Membership
In order to be eligible play for Western Exports, players must be members of Floorball WA. As you have now been selected, if you are not currently a member, please click here to register.
Hotel Accommodation
Hotel Oasia Novena - Perfect location in Novena, a charming enclave in the center of Singapore with splendid facilities and right next to shopping malls and the Novena MRT station is Hotel Oasia Novena. After taking a dip in one of the pools, you can grab a bite to eat at the restaurant or unwind with a drink at the bar/lounge. The property is only a short walk to public transportation: Novena MRT station is less than 3 minutes away. It takes less than 4 minutes with the MRT to Orchard MRT station, located inside the famous shopping mall, ION. This is in the heart of Orchard road.
If allocation of rooms at the hotel is exhausted Floorball Culture and Floorball WA will coordinate additional accommodation at a sister hotel. Preference will be provided to keeping U18s and Parent/Guardian together in the same hotel.
Dailiy breakfast is included in the cost.

The below costs are provided as an estimate only!
Please Note: Floorball WA and Floorball Culture are not responsible for the booking of your departing or return flights to attend SG Open. Flight costs are an additional expense to the below estimates.
Floorball WA Component
All expenses for Floorball WA will be charged to Participants at cost price. Floorball WA does not seek to make money on SG Floorball Open.
- Uniform Cost (2 x Playing Shirts, 1 x Playing Shorts (Black), 1 x Socks (Black)): Please note this cost may be less if parts of the unifrom are already owned. The FWA SG Open Organisers are also in conslutation with a new supplier in an effort to reduce this cost.
- Participant - $180.00 AUD (inc GST)
- Training Cost (Covering venue hire and eqipment purchase for training): Please note training venues are currenlty being negotiated and the FWA SG Open Organisers hope this cost will be reduced.
- Participant - $180.00 AUD (inc GST)
- Off-field Team Contribution (Coaches/ Tour Staff):
- Participant - $180.00 AUD (inc GST)
- Spectator - $80.00 AUD (inc GST)
Floorball Culture Component
SG Floorball Open require the use of Floorball Culture for tournament nominations for the Asia Pacific Region. Package costs are non-negotiable and are set by the Tournament Organisers. Floorball Culture provide the Logistics Orginisation / Accommodation Booking including breakfast/ Travel including transfers to and from the Airport and buses to and from the venue on competition days for teams from the Asia Pacific Region on behalf of Valhall SG (Tournament Organisers). There is a $29.50 (inc GST) administration fee per person. Please note: Airport transfers and travel to venues is available for popular flights and transfer times. Personal travel outside these times will need to be arranged by you and at your own expense.
The following are the packages that are being offered by Floorball WA
BREAKDOWN 6 NIGHT PACKAGE
Transport
This includes
· Collection from the airport if you travel in a group of over 15 people.
· Transport to and from the training camp
· Transport to and from the venue for all game days
· Transport to the airport on your final day from the hotel if you are in a group of over 15 people.
Cost: $310 SGD = $335 AUD approx. conversion
Training Camp
This is a special tailored package for Floorball WA which allows FWA players to partake in a 1.5 hr training session with high level European players. These sessions are tailor made to what FWA would like.
Training Cost: $250 SGD = $270 AUD approx. conversion
Event Entry
As this is a major tournament, there is an entry fee for all people to enter and watch all the games that are being played.
Cost: $195 SGD = $210 AUD approx. conversion
Team Player Registration
If you are playing in the competition, there is a fee to play in the competition.
Cost: $165 SGD = $178 AUD approx. conversion
6 Night Hotel package
For this we are just looking at the player hotel package, however the participant package is only $33 less.
The hotel package includes the hotel for 6 night, breakfast for a person when purchasing the hotel package, Transport ($335 AUD), Training Camp ($270 AUD), Event Entry ($210 AUD) and Team Player Registration ($178 AUD)
Cost: $1229 SGD = $1327 AUD
Fold Out Bed
The hotel charges $108 SGD = $116.00 AUD approx. conversion per night with a child’s breakfast included. So for 6 nights this would cost nearly $700 AUD. And then you would need to pay the additional cost of either $545 or $815 if they are playing? Our cost for an additional person in the room is over $1200 or just over $1511 AUD , so if they are playing for WA and wanting to go to the camp, this is a massive saving.
Please note that children 12 years of age and under may occupy a room as a thrid person for no additional accomodation cost however:
- No additional bedding will be provided in the room.
- Breakfast for the child is not included and is the responsiblity of the parents or guardians to arrange and pay for breakfast directly through the hotel.
- Transport, Tournament Registration (for players), Event Package and access to the training camp are not included for the child. Please see costs associated with these below.
Please also note that the Oasia Novena Hotel is the offical hotel for Western Exports. Busses only operate to and from this hotel. If you wish to stay elsewhere in Singapore, transport will be at your own cost. If you are staying somewhere else or do not wish take advantage of the packages above and want to book your own accommodation at the Oasia Novena Hotel, the following costs will apply:
Player
- Tournament Registration Fee: 165 SGD
- Transport- including Airport Transfers to and from Oasia Novena Hotel and Team Bus for games: 310 SGD
- Event Package- Venue Entry Fee: 195 SGD
- Training Camp on Wednesday, 8 July: 250 SGD (If attending)
Spectator
- Transport- including Airport Transfers to and from Oasia Novena Hotel and Team Bus for games: 310 SGD
- Event Package- Venue Entry Fee: 195 SGD
