Please note

Refunds: If I’m not selected, my EOI fee will be refunded in full. If I’m selected and then withdraw, it won’t be refunded, unless I have a medical certificate or Floorball NSW approves an exception.
Eligibility: I’m a financial member of a FAL Member State, and I’m eligible to play for Australia under IFF rules (an Australian passport, or birth, parent, grandparent or 5 years’ residence in Australia). I haven’t played an adult international for another country.
Representing Australia: I understand the National division winners may represent Australia at the 2027 3v3 World Championships. I’ll provide proof of eligibility if asked. If any information I’ve given is false, I may be removed without a refund.
Selection: Selection is at the selectors’ discretion. I’ll follow the FAL National Player Selection Policy and all FAL policies, and complete anti-doping education if selected.
Privacy: My details may be shared with selectors, state officials and club coaches for selection purposes.

The included fee is for signup only, and additional fees apply once selected (Uniforms, additional tournament costs).
