General Info

To maintain a high standard within the service we provide to our customers we implement class size limits. Before the end of each term we provide all student the opportunity to register to participate in their choice of classes scheduled in the next term. We hold class registrations based on a first in policy.

Scheduling your FREE trial lesson

Attached to this email you will find a PDF version of our Enrolment form PDF Enrolment Form, please complete the form and submit it via email to fastaekwondo@gmail.com prior to scheduling your child/children for a trial lesson. We need each participants information prior to classes to ensure we have their emergency contact details and are aware of any pre-existing injuries or conditions.

Important Information For All Members:
The staff at FAST recognise that times are tough and not everyone is able to commit to a full term of Training. We have listened to our members and will be re-introducing 'Casual' rates so that team members can pay for a single session. Each Student will be required to pay online via the required link before commencing their class in order to ensure they are eligible to participate. Please note that the opportunity to participate in a class casually will depend on the number of vacant spaces remaining, if you are unsure please check with the designated instructor of the class before scheduling your visit.

In addition to Casual Rates, we are bringing back Training Packages. The Training Packages are heavily discounted rates to help support students who are attending 2 or more sessions per week at Fitness And Sports Taekwondo. Monday; Poomsae and Technique
Under 12s: 5.30pm to 6.30pm - $85.00 for the Term (10 lessons per school term = $8.50 per lesson)
Over 12s: 6.30pm to 7.30pm - $85.00 for the Term(10 lessons per school term = $8.50 per lesson)

Tuesday: Fitness and Self Defense
Under 12s: 5.30pm to 6.30pm - $85.00 for the Term (10 lessons per school term = $8.50 per lesson)
Over 12s: 6.30pm to 7.30pm - $85.00 for the Term (10 lessons per school term = $8.50 per lesson)
Sparring Equipment is highly recommended for these sessions

Thursday: Sports Taekwondo
All ages Combat and Sports Taekwondo class (for advanced level students) please see website for more information
5.45pm to 7.30pm - $120 for the Term (10 lessons per school term = $12.00 per lesson)
Sparring Equipment is compulsory and required for these sessions
