Taekwondo Foundations (Ages 12+ and Adults)

Class Duration: 55 minutes Start times vary throughout the year between 6:30–7:30pm and 7:00–8:00pm.

Our 12+ Traditional Taekwondo program is designed for teens and adults who want to improve their fitness, learn effective self‑defence skills, and challenge themselves in a supportive and disciplined environment. Whether you're new to martial arts or returning after a break, these classes offer a balanced mix of physical training, technical development, and mental focus.

Training emphasises the core techniques of Taekwondo, including striking, blocking, kicking, stances, and movement. Students will also spend significant time developing their Poomsae (Forms)—a key part of traditional Taekwondo that builds precision, coordination, balance, and a deeper understanding of technique and application.

Beyond physical skills, our program encourages confidence, resilience, respect, and a strong training mindset. We use modern coaching methods to ensure sessions are engaging, challenging, and suitable for a wide range of fitness and experience levels.
