Class Duration: 90 - 105 minutes - Class start time 545pm-730pm
Please note: This class is reserved for our serious club members that are looking at improving their Sparring abilities. It is a very serious class where students will be participating in intense Sports Conditioning, Sparring Drills and overall training specific to the combat components of Taekwondo.
Our Programs offers you the opportunity to become involved in the Olympic Sport of Taekwondo. Our club is proudly registered with “Australian Taekwondo” the national sporting organisation for Taekwondo in Australia. If you want to compete at a State and National level in Taekwondo and wish to compete internationally, our experienced coaching and strength & conditioning team will facilitate your dreams and help get you there.
To attend our Sports Taekwondo classes, students must have all sparring gear including a (white or clear) mouth guard which can be purchased at a pharmacy or sporting store.
Please note: students must be approved by Head Coach Robert Bikesic to attend Thursday sessions. Student must be a minimum age of 10 years old and have completed a 6 to 12 months of Training involving a combination of Monday and Tuesday classes. All students participating must have a complete set of Sparring Gear.
Spots for classes are only reserved once payment has been received. Students must be a registered member to purchase this Training Package. All students who register for this package must have a complete set of Sparring equipment, students who attend sparring classes without equipment will not be eligible to participate. Sparring forms a large component of the curriculum and safety for all participants is our upmost priority.
