I understand that by entering this competition I am entering at my own risk. I agree to abide by all applicable Fencing NZ rules including the FeNZ Heath and Safety policy and The Fencers Code of Conduct (see Fencing NZ website) and any other requirements for the running of the competition that are notified by the Tournament Organisers.
I understand and agree that I am subject to drug testing by Drug Free Sport NZ. I will provide, if required, a Therapeutic Use Exemption for any prohibited substance I may be prescribed.
I agree to withdraw from this competition if I am feeling unwell on the day of the competition.
