July Holiday Fencing Programme 2018

Whether you are new to fencing, a novice or an experienced fencer this programme is designed for you. If you have never fenced minimum age limit to attend is seven years old. Maximum age limit is 18 years old or Year 13. 

Venue: The Fencing Institute, 91 Jack Hinton Drive,  Addington.

Time: 9am to 3pm

Dates: Tuesday 10th July to Friday 13th July

Cost: Full Week: $190 for all sessions (4 classes) or $50 per session

Course content including:

Group lessons: Warm up, fitness to prevent injury, competition rules, basic nutrition for sport and armouring.

Individual lessons: Basic to advanced techniques, tactical drills.

Mini Competition.

Equipment: All fencing gear is included in programme cost.

Coaches: Run by Mid South school coaches, working to help your child to improve their fencing technique.

Please bring: Drink bottle, morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea, small towel for when they get hot fencing.

Dress: Sports top, sweat shirt or tracksuit top in case they get cold, sports shoes, may wear shorts for fitness, fencing breeches or tracksuit pants to wear when fencing.
