The Falls Creek Race Club invites all members to attend the 2025 Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held on Wednesday, 4th June, 6-7pm via MS Teams.

The AGM will be held as an online meeting via MS Teams.  Please use the link below to register for the AGM and an invite will be sent to you.

The Club’s financial accounts will be distributed as soon as they are finalised.

Proxy

If you are unable to attend the meeting, you may give your proxy to another member attending the AGM by filling in the 2025 AGM Form of Appointment of Proxy

Nomination of Committee Officers and Members

Nominations of candidate for election as officers of the FCRC or as ordinary members of the committee must be made by filling in the 2025 FCRC Nomination Form.  Note that any nomination must be endorsed by 2 members of the FCRC.  If you are nominating someone other than yourself, you must ensure you that you have the consent of the candidate whom you are nominating.

The nomination form must be completed by Wednesday 28th May 2025.

Election of Committee Officers and Members

You must be a current 2024 member of the Falls Creek Race Club in order to vote or to be eligible for election as an officer or member of the Committee of Management.

Only members who have attained the age of 16 years as at the date of the meeting are eligible to vote.

*Note: Only current 2024 members of the FCRC can run for election, nominate, endorse a nomination or vote during the AGM. Non members are welcome to attend as observers. 2025 memberships registrations will be available in June 2025 following AGM.
