Bar Duties
BAR DUTIES
All Bar Staff must hold “Responsible Serving of Alcohol” Ticket.
SENIOR - EARLY DUTY TEAM – 1 person per duty team
from 2.45pm – 5.00pm
• Ensure Bar area & Clubrooms are Tidy.
• Put out Tables & Chairs.
• Put up Shutters.
• Keep Fridge stocked.
• Clean & Light Fire if necessary.
SENIOR - LATE DUTY TEAM - 1 person per duty team
from 5.00pm – 8.00pm
• Keep Fridge stocked.
• Clean Tables & Chairs & Stack away.
• Pickup all Rubbish & Sweep Floor, Empty all Bins into Skip Bin outside Clubrooms
• Mop Floor as necessary.
• Sweep and mop floor in Men’s Toilets, empty bins and make sure tidy. Clean toilets and urinal, replenish toilet paper & handtowel.
• Sweep and mop the floor in Ladies Toilets, empty all bins. Wipe over pine benches, basin & clean mirror, clean toilets and replenish toilet paper & paper towel.
• Pull down Shutters & Lock up.
• Close & Lock up Pavilion.
• Wait for Bar Manager to finish and escort to Vehicle.
Cleaning supplies are located in the storeroom either behind the door or in the white cupboard:
- All chemicals are stored in the white cupboard
- To change the large toilet paper rolls – pull on the clear plastic cover, remove used roll
- Small bin liners are supplied and in the white cupboard
- Only put 2 packs of paper hand towel in the dispensers. If you fill it up, they come out too quick
- If low on stock please let the secretary know so an order can be made
