Whether you're a complete beginner, looking to get back into the game, or just curious about the sport, this is your opportunity to discover the thrill of hockey firsthand. No prior experience is necessary, so don't worry if you've never held a hockey stick before – we've all been there! We'll have plenty of hockey sticks on-hand if you don't have access to one.

During these sessions, you'll have the chance to learn the basics of stick handling, shooting, passing, and tackling. The emphasis will be on fun, enjoyment, and getting a taste of the camaraderie that comes with playing hockey. Our friendly coaches and players will be on hand to answer any questions and offer guidance, ensuring a safe and encouraging environment for everyone.

Under the Hockey NSW Come and Try program we are able to offer these sessions for free, with no obligation - if you decide hockey is not for you, then you've lost nothing but a bit of time. Registration (via the link on this page) is essential for insurance purposes.
