Centreboard Racing at East Fremantle Yacht Club

Centreboard racing is one of the most popular on-water activities at East Fremantle Yacht Club, enjoyed by both junior and senior sailors.

Our Centreboard Division is a vibrant, family-oriented community that provides opportunities for the whole family to get involved. Parents and children can race alongside one another, while other family members may choose to support racing through volunteering and race management. There truly is something for everyone.

Regular racing is conducted in a professional and welcoming environment, combining competitive sailing with the fun and camaraderie of a volunteer-based club. Centreboard racing takes place on most Saturdays throughout the summer season, with the following classes represented:

• Pelican
• Open Skiff
• National 125
• Shark
• Aero
• Sharpie
• Skate
