Coaching is on Thursday afternoons during the school terms from 1600 lasting for two to three hrs (weather and safety pending) but will be revised each term to suit participants/coach availability. 

· Foster involvement and engagement with EFYC

· Encourage skill development for youth sailors will represent EFYC at State, National, and World championships.

· Build friendship and team spirit amongst top performers in the youth sailing classes

· Respond to included sailors’ requests for targeted coaching

· Aim for progressive improvement in racing-focused sailing performance

· Provide a development pathway for invited Junior sailors to Senior Membership
