Senior Training sessions, aimed at U12's and up focus on Javelin, Triple Jump and High Jump. Athletes will be coached through the correct techniques and rules for each event so they will all have a better understanding leading into Competition night on Fridays. Slight tweaks in technique may lead to massive improvements down the track so we encourage all athletes in U12's and up to come down Sunday mornings!
Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move and good fitting sports shoes.
