Upon registering electronically I, the participant/s, agree that I shall accept the risk of any injury, damage or loss, which may be incurred during participation or as a spectator of this Taekwondo event, I shall make no claim against Global Martial Arts & Fitness Pty Ltd, Taekwondo Jidokwan, the East Coast Taekwondo Academy, its Director/s, Presenter/s, or Instructor/s in respect of any injury, damage or loss, which may be incurred. If the applicant is under 18 years old, then I, as the parent or legal guardian consent to the above and on the participant’s behalf.
