Bus Ticket Cancellation Policy

Refundable Period: Tickets are fully refundable if canceled by 12:00 PM on December 18th. After this time, no refunds will be issued. If you need to cancel you must email sailing@dssinc.org.au before this time.
Non-Refundable After 12:00 PM on December 18th: Any cancellations made after 12:00 PM on December 18th are non-refundable, including changes or cancellations due to personal reasons, emergencies, or no-shows.
No-Show Policy: Passengers who do not board the bus at the scheduled time will not be eligible for a refund or rebooking, and the ticket will be forfeited.
