PROGRAM DETAILS

COST: $132

This Try Sailing Program is to give you an opportunity to try out sailing without commiting to a full program. This will be run alongside the Youth Fleet so if you have friends already doing sailing, you can give it a go with them by signing up to this course!

This program is ideal for any youth aged 12-17 wanting to give sailing a go.

Classes are conducted by friendly Australian Sailing qualified instructors.

LENGTH OF COURSE

The course is usually run over 3 consecutive weeks.

PRE-REQUISITES

Preferably water confident, however you will always be wearing life jackets.

Overview
OutThere Sailing Experience sessions are all about having fun and getting a taste for on water activities. This action-packed program will give you the opportunity to try one or all the following, sailing, windsurfing, stand up paddle boarding, powerboating and keelboating. Depending on your club, experience sessions will be held over 2-4 hours.

Prerequisites

Water confident.

Who should do this experience?

This experience is designed for participants who are 12-17 years-old looking to try a new activity, have some fun and engage with other teenagers.
