OUT THERE SAILING EXPERIENCE FOR TEENS!

Out There Sailing is a program that has been specifically designed for teenagers from 13 to 17 years old. Out There Sailing is perfect for teens who want to try sailing in a non-competitive, social and fun setting (leave your homework onshore)!

⚓ Day 1: Set sail on the Elliott 7s and enjoy some Stand-Up Paddleboarding
⛵ Day 2: Try your hand at Pacer sailing and jump into some powerboating fun plus extra surprise activities!

This course is led by qualified sailing instructors, and every sailor will be provided with the appropriate PFD to stay safe while having a great time on the water! Parents are warmly invited to relax and enjoy a drink or meal at our bistro/bar while the course is running.

Program	Overview
OutThere Sailing Experience	This course is all about having fun and getting a taste for on water activities. Centre's may offer one or all of the following – small and big boat sailing, windsurfing, stand up paddle boarding and powerboating.	FIND A  PROGRAM
OutThere Sailing 1	This course introduces participants to sailing and its introductory skills with a focus on having fun with friends.	FIND A  PROGRAM
OutThere Sailing 2	This course leverages the same social philosophy and further develops sailing skills acquired from the lower level course.	FIND A  PROGRAM
OutThere Sailing 3	This course enables participants to build their confidence and refine their skills to sail autonomously or with friends.	FIND A  PROGRAM
OutThere Sailing Combined	This course splits participants by age groups (12-14 & 15-17) so close aged friends can share the same instructor and learn to sail together.	FIND A  PROGRAM

• Dates: Thursday 09/07 and friday 10/07

• Duration: 11 -hour program (5.5 hours per day)

• Times: 10:00pm – 3:30pm each day

• Non-Members: $300 per person (all inclusive)

• Families (second child): $270

Overview
OutThere Sailing Experience sessions are all about having fun and getting a taste for on water activities. This action-packed program will give you the opportunity to try keelboat (5-6 person boat) sailing and possibly windsurfing, stand up paddle boarding, and powerboating (crafts chosen by the Centre). Experience sessions will be held over 2-4 hours.

Prerequisites

Water confident.

Who should do this experience?

This experience is designed for participants who are 12-17 years-old looking to try a new activity, have some fun and engage with other teenagers.
