Dear Spectators,

We would like to extend our gratitude for your enthusiastic involvement in SAWKR 2025.
Your support and presence at our event are greatly appreciated, and we can't wait to share this exciting day with you. 

To ensure that you have a comfortable and enjoyable experience at SAWKR 2025, please take note of the following items to bring on the day: 

1. Comfortable Clothing: Please wear comfortable and weather-appropriate attire. Given the outdoor nature of our event.

2. Comfortable Shoes: Sturdy and comfortable footwear is essential.

3. Hat: Protect yourself from the sun by bringing a wide-brimmed hat or a cap to shield your face and head.

4. Sunscreen: Don't forget to apply sunscreen generously before arriving to protect your skin from harmful UV rays.

5. Water Bottle: Staying hydrated is crucial. We encourage you to bring a refillable water bottle to ensure you have access to water throughout the event.

In addition, we kindly ask that you bring your own food for the day, as there won't be catering services provided.

We will be gathering at the CYCSA BBQ area at 9:30. Please plan to arrive a bit earlier to ensure a prompt start.
