1000 hrs: Arrive at club
 

1000 hrs	Arrive at club. Meeti in Patio.
1030 hrs	Briefing. Welcome and Introduction to Instructors and Elliott 7 Training Boats. Change and proceed to Elliott boats
1045 hrs	Sail to designated area. Enjoy the sea and each others company.
1230 hrs	Call on radio, (channell74) to proceed to north end of L/M row for photo opportunity.
1255 hrs	Pipes and Drums of the Royal Caledonian Society of SA play to signal start of Sail past.
1345 hrs	Return to club. Enjoy BBQ  lunch in BBQ area.
1430 hrs	Smoking Ceremony commences
1500 hrs	Official Presentations including Best Dressed Yacht
1615 hrs	Band music commences
