Please make sure you read the information available to you when following the prompts to register –we have also included for you below important things to keep in mind:

By registering – You are indicating your intent to play with the club. This is particularly crucial as we have a tight turnaround between our trials yesterday and our first games beginning 18^th and 21^st next week. The high volume of players turning up (outstanding) means we now need to understand who will be joining us for the fun months ahead!

You must at the very least, be registered in component one to play the first game.

You must have component two paid by round five of our winter competition – We understand there may be financial constraints, and we are here to help – please reach out to the exec for assistance with this.

Your fees have been DISCOUNTED BY YOURSELVES THIS YEAR! Congratulations, your work on and off the field pays off! This year we have been able to pass on the profits from the meat raffles between Oct – Jan back to members. This will continue to be a possibility this year with raffles continuing – thank you for the success of it last year.

IF you are a new player – shirts will be available for collection this Tuesday at training.

Please understand that our Club is not sustainable without your contributions on and off the field, by registering and playing with us; it is an expectation that you will, in your best efforts, contribute to volunteering to club duties. We are a team wherever we are – and the support and laughs carry on whether we are running canteen or scoring goals. Your contribution to this is fundamental.

For your future planning, we have the following volunteer events throughout the year – please try to make yourself as available for these as you can when it is your teams turn to show up together:

-       Weekly Thursday Team Dinners + Meat Raffles (Rotating every 6 weeks)

-       Canteen Duty when directed by WWCHA on Fridays and Saturdays

-       Club Days where we run BBQ’s to raise funds for our club

-       Bunnings BBQ’s

-       Tech Bench Duties

-       Umpiring Duties (if applicable)
