‘A Regency Affair’ in Exeter with its historic hall backing onto open grass, neighbouring croquet club, and 19th-century Celtic style St. Aidan's Church, transports one back to Regency times. It commences with an Opening Dinner on Friday evening, Saturday morning with workshops from watercolour painting and arrow making to needlework and dance lessons. In the afternoon, is fencing on the grass and croquet on the lawns. Saturday evening is the event's pinnacle - the Grand Ball.
